Read the report in context
- Confirm the material and sample identifier.
- Find the lot reference and test date.
- Review the chromatogram and integration method.
- Check whether identity is supported separately.
- Keep the report with the receiving record.
What the percentage does not tell you
A percentage alone does not establish identity, sterility, endotoxin status, handling history or suitability for a particular method. Those questions require their own evidence and acceptance criteria.
